PRIVATE LESSONS

AMP Athletics offers Private and Semi-Private lessons as a supplemental tool for our rec and team programs. Many of our coaches offer privates lessons on a weekly basis. One on one private lessons are a great way to help an athlete advance skills on a quicker level than with just classes.  Athletes who choose to do private lessons at AMP Athletics must be students enrolled and have a signed waiver on file.  Please contact coaches/instructors directly to schedule private lessons.  All coaches/instructors set their own rates, availability, and times. Remember to check with the coach at the time of scheduling as to which form of payment they will accept (i.e. if they accept a check please make sure it is made payable to your coach NOT AMP ATHLETICS, if you choose cash, please note that the office keeps a very limited amount of cash and may be unable to provide change).

• No private lessons may be scheduled Monday - Thursday 4:30 - 7:00 PM

• Private lessons must be paid in full by cash or check, directly to the coach/instructor

• Private lessons are available to AMP Athletics students/athletes (you must be an active student enrolled in a class) all non-students are given a 30 grace period to enroll.

• Families with an outstanding balance in excess of two months tuition are not eligible for private lesson

• All privates are to be scheduled at a 1:1 or a 2:1 ratio unless a stunt group

• All private lessons must sign in at the front counter

​Remember all of our coaches/instructors are great, but as they all have different personalities and different coaching styles, your athlete may be more drawn to one coach/instructor more than another.  Feel free to schedule with a few coaches, and find the right "fit".  When you find the right coach/instructor that is compatible with your athlete and has a matching time slot with your schedule, you can always request recurring private lessons.  If you have any further questions just let us know, thank you!
